First Time

Wreath in fall colors captioned "Worship With UsEntering into Kenton's sanctuary for worship, you will be amazed at the genuine joy people have of being together in Christ.

You won't be ignored, but you also won't feel smothered, as we understand people need to feel at ease in any new experience. Our members are more than happy to answer your questions and to show around our facilities.

You will notice that we love music at Kenton and so hymns; praise band; orchestra; and choirs are all part of our heritage. You will hear announcements of local interest and we share prayer concerns as one family, something you don't get in a large church. If you take time to look at your bulletin you'll find more than a page of ongoing prayer concerns that we pray for during the week.

Following worship most of us move downstairs to the fellowship hall for a time of conversation and refreshments. We also have a place for small children at Kenton. It may be beside you during worship, upstairs for those three and younger who might get a bit fussy and/or (for those under 2nd grade) with caring adults following our 'Time with the Children'.
